We now operate an on-line Booking System (below) which enables users to see availability, make bookings and see all the details of a booking. Once you are set up as a customer it is very easy to make repeat bookings, and refer to all things booking related. You can view the schedule and request bookings using our online calendar.

If you are not already registered as a customer you can do so as you book.

Also please be aware that as a small venue and to keep costs down, we are unable to employ a caretaker so you are responsible for setting up the room to meet your needs and for replacing the furniture in its original place at the end of your booking.
