The title stones and Foundation Stone have been spruced up in preparation for the 140th anniversary of the old Victorian school now home to the Community Centre. 140 years of grime have been blasted away so the carved wording can now be clearly seen. The anniversary will be celebrated with an exhibition at the Centre over the weekend of Saturday 8th October from 10.30 -4pm and Sunday 9th October 2-4pm. So drop in to find out how the building  has served its community over 140 years.
