The three revamped  play areas [Bankfield Lane, Fields Way and Sunnyhill ] in Kirkheaton are open for use. Thanks go to  our local councillors for their hard work and persistence in getting it planned and carried out. Also thanks to Yetton Together for helping to spread the word during the consultation process.   The council had never received so many views from  local people

The equipment on the three sites have been chosen to appeal to all the age ranges so there is something for everybody – be it a zip wire for the older ones, adapted swing for the less able and different sizes and difficulties of the slides.
