Got a child under 5 years? Got some time to share with them on a Friday afternoon? Do you want them to learn more about books and reading – the gateway to education – and have fun at the same time? Then Kirkheaton Library at the Community Centre is the place to be on Friday afternoons from 2:15. During term time it’s Story Time usually followed by a craft activity with lots of glueing and sticking! Also the chance for them to join the library and gain access to some wonderful picture books without the cost.
